Prices and minimum term: Cabinet spaces £12, Shelving £20, other spaces available. To join pay 8 weeks upfront and we give an extra 4 weeks free. After this period monthly prices will be cabinets £43 and shelving £86 due on 1st of month. Minimum rental is 12 weeks, after that time it is month to month contract with one weeks’ notice to leave.
Pricing your stock: Please add 10% to your prices, we charge 10% which is payable to other stallholders who help with shop rota. Please see shop commission rules which is on display in the office. Please make sure all your stock is priced and initialled. We sometimes have 10% sale days; no other commission will be taken that day.
Credit card payments: If you sell an item which is paid for by debit/credit card you will be charged £1 for a sale up to £50 then 3.5% for items over £50.
Sales: Payments from sales will be paid into your bank account, by cash when you are in the shop or can be used towards your stall rent.
Your Space: Please keep your space well stocked and clean. Please keep to your designated area, we will also put some of your stock in the window. Please only change or add stock to your allocated shelf in window and do not place stock anywhere else in the window.
Advertising: We will help you to advertise your business through our social media pages and other online promotions. It is your responsibility to advertise to your own family, friends and customers that you are with us at Not Just Vintage.
Stock: We will not accept any stolen, illegal, counterfeit, banned or offensive items on sale at your space. All your stock and equipment you bring to Not Just Vintage is still your responsibility.
Insurance: We only insure the building and our own PLI, all stock is your responsibility.
Electrical goods: Electrical goods should be tested or new. All stock is your responsibility.
Facilities: We have tea, coffee and other drinks available from the kitchen. Please wash cups after use. Office facilities and free WIFI are available to use at the shop. We also have a printer for you to use.
Advice: Free social media and business development advice is available if you want it. Please book one-hour slots once a week.
Loading and parking: Load into shop from front door then park in LIDL opposite, this is currently a free car park.
Shop news: Please check the shop Facebook page regularly as we will post notices and news on here for the stall holders and general public. Please when at the shop check in to the Facebook page.
Waste disposal: All waste from your stall (boxes and packaging etc) must be removed by the stallholder.
Storage: There is no storage space available at the shop.
